Mr. Hogan founded Hogan Property Company, Inc. in 1982, which specializes in industrial and commercial real estate. In 2005 Hogan Properties Company, Inc. formed HomeSpring Residential Services, LLC to expand it’s rapidly growing third party multifamily businesses. Mr. Hogan’s daily responsibilities include the oversight of all multi-family development at HomeSpring Realty Partners. In addition he is the broker for the Commercial Real Estate division. Mr. Hogan is active in several civic activities and has served on many boards and committees around San Antonio over the last 35 years, assisting in the economic development and strategic planning of the city’s growth

Ms. Miller’s responsibilities at HomeSpring Residential Services include all aspects of property management, budgeting, administration, personnel, occupancy control, all affordable housing compliance and tenant/resident relations. Ms. Miller’s apartment portfolio has included all property types ranging from low income and Section 8 to Class “A”. Since her association with HomeSpring Residential Ms. Miller has expanded her responsibilities to encompass the management of over one hundred employees and holds a Texas Real Estate license.

As Vice President, Public Relations, Ms. Liserio focuses on HomeSpring’s corporate marketing and business development including industry relationships. She conceptualizes marketing ideas for new or possible management contracts and tracks market and traffic trends. She supports the Sr. Vice President with all aspects of management and serves on the HomeSpring Executive Team assisting with the overall strategic plan for the company. Ms. Liserio holds a Texas Real Estate license.

Mr. Miller came to HomeSpring after a thirty-year career in the United States Air Force. As the Human Resource Director at HomeSpring, Mr. Miller is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including all HR policies and procedures, pre-employment screening and drug testing, payroll services, administration of the company’s benefit programs and the orientation of newly hired employees. Currently, along with his duties as the Human Resource Director, Mr. Miller serves as an essential member of the HomeSpring Executive Team and participates in the short and long term strategic planning for the company.

During his employment tenure, Mr. Ibarra has successfully managed and provided assistance with all daily accounting operations from each of the on-site management offices. He is responsible for overseeing the preparation of all the monthly and annual operating reports.  He manages any specialized reports required by governmental agencies such as HUD, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation, IRS, Bond Trustees and Issuers and Lender reports. Mr. Ibarra has played an intricate role in creating and growing the accounting department and serves as a member of the Executive Team.

When joining the HomeSpring Residential team, Ms. Vasbinder brought over 20 years of multi-family management experience that included conventional, senior and affordable housing. At HomeSpring, she served as a Senior Property Supervisor for seven years and oversaw a portfolio of just under 1,500 units. Ms. Vasbinder holds a Texas Real Estate license and currently oversees all maintenance operations for HomeSpring. She has proven to be an essential part of the HomeSpring Executive team successfully managing onsite staffs, working with her peers and fostering new and growing relationships with HomeSpring clients.

As a seasoned Community Director at HomeSpring, Ms. Guzman has mastered the complexity of Affordable Housing by learning and managing the tax credit, bond, HOME and HAP programs at her properties. She currently oversees a portfolio of just over 1,000 units. She is dedicated to the industry and serves in a leadership capacity as part of the HomeSpring Executive team. Ms. Guzman is a mentor to others and has always been a sounding board for management when considering new policies and procedures.

As the Transition and Training Development Coordinator, Ms. Castro serves as a liaison between new clients and the property management company to ensure a smooth acquisition period. In addition she heads on-site training efforts within the organization. Ms. Castro holds a Texas Real Estate License and in addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Castro is an outstanding and natural problem solver and shows great compassion for HomeSpring residents. She is an exceptional individual who takes pride in her occupation.

Ms. Masten supervises the Compliance Department which is responsible for reviewing and approving paperwork for all prospective residents in over 3,000 residential units as well as the weekly, monthly and annual compliance reporting for the HomeSpring Residential portfolio. Her team ensures each property is in compliance with their regulatory obligations and LURA restrictions. She serves as a compliance resource for the organization and is a valued member of the Executive Team.
